Mummy’s Note: I ordered several varieties of incontinence pads for Abigail to use during the day to deal with her “accidents”, one of them was a bit odd, it was basically a nappy without tapes, at that point I’m not sure why you’d not just wear a taped nappy. Not really suitable for “daytime use” so I decided to try Abigail out using them as a night time nappy with a reusable nappy cover on top to hold it in place seemed to work OK at least for a first round.
